I have never left a review on any place and it's not that I have not had bad experiences but this by far beats it. Unfortunately I am going to leave a review as I tried to get in touch with the owner Chrissy who also did my hair and never received a call back. I got the name of the salon from a few people that go there and to her specifically. First thing herself and others comment on how awful my color was , That being the least of my concerns...
I went on to get my color done by mostly everyone else but her which I didn't mind because whatever it takes to get me in and out as I don't have time to sit there too long. They were probably the most impersonal bunch of hairstylists I've ever met. Not one even greets you or says hi only reason there was some small talk whatsoever is because I started it I'm just not used to sitting there so long with people and not saying a word. Then when I go to check out the price was unbelievable I paid over $300 this including a tip which everyone said I was crazy to have tipped I think I was just in such shock at the price just for an all over weave. Others I know go to her were also shocked at the price I paid being that none of them paid a fraction of the price. For the same service. Makes you wonder what changes with each customer. I have my cosmetology license along with have worked at upscale salons in Scottsdale and never would I have thought going to a salon that's in the strip mall that borders Gilbert and Mesa with prices like hers. Not only is the customer service awful they don't even offer you a latte or champagne like most upscale salons including the one I worked for did as well as much much less expensive. The color itself was fine nothing special that should have been what I paid, that being said I had texted her a month later to go back and I asked For a phone call to speak about my hair because I was going to justify what the price would be the second time thinking maybe it would be less than the first time. I was replied to, ignoring my request for a call about a question and just asking when I would like to come in. I then said could you please call me. No response. waited a week texted again giving them a chance asking for a call before I make an appointment and once again no reply, it has now been a month. I just want to let people know stay away go somewhere that is upscale for a fraction of the price and good customer service. She obviously does not care about customer service therefore I don't care about leaving a review to help others out. Very very unprofessional, she may want to work on her Business skills in case there is a big economic crisis she will be losing a lot of people at these prices and lack of customer service skills.
