| - Work was sub-par. Tires started peeling day 2. Contacted them and while they did offer to come back and redo the work, was told that the results would likely be the same since there was cracking on the rims prior to them being treated. The problem I have is that they did not tell me that before they treated it but rather let me know after the fact. Had I known about the high probability of the wrap not sticking I would have declined the services. Was told they do not issue refunds but after numerous text messages back and forth they agreed for a refund of $30 (mind you I paid a total of $250). Oh, and I'm still waiting for that "money order to be mailed". Only recourse at this time is my reviews and BBB reporting.
Update in response to reply: you have been very kind through the entire process, but you even said yourself that it was your fault that you weren't here before the tech started and that we should have been given warning prior to the work being done. We have been cordial throughout the process, and I was very happy with the great customer service you offered. But we have been waiting for 2 weeks now on the menial refund of $30, and still nothing. Your company did the grill, emblems, and taillights as well. The taillights have never been smooth, and even show every scratch. But the emblems, yes, they have no issues. As I said in my text as well, the lack of receiving a refund was what led me to this review. It was agreed upon and still has not been received. We would gladly take the $250 refund and have you remove the work as you state. However that option was never presented to us until your reply here.
