This is a true Vegas hidden gem! Sadly at 6pm we are the restaurant's only patrons - hopefully this is the exception because hands down it is some of the best Indian food I have had to date. The menu descriptions sorely lack detail with the amazing melange of flavors in every bite. We enjoyed the lentil soup which was spicy (as requested) with a great bouquet of aromas and tastes. The main course was the chicken korma and saag paneer with a side of basmati rice and garlic naan. Described as a dish with a creamy sauce, the korma was bar-none the best I've ever had. Herby, rich, with great onion and tomato flavorings mixed into a creamy dish over a lovely chicken thigh (In guessing based on tenderness) it was really good stuff. If you're in the mood for buffet, they offer a daily variety of options (so they told us) so check that out. This will be a return spot for us - go check it out soon!!
