  • I have been coming here for five and a half years, since I moved to Phoenix. Today was terrible. A basic car wash took over an hour and five minutes. And that said, there are still areas in the interior that are dirty, there are several areas that are completely streaked, others untouched, & I had specifically requested that they did not put my back seats up and to leave the back of my Ford Escape open so that all it needed was vacuuming. Now I get to spend tonight purchasing and applying ArmorAll and not only cleaning the parts that were not cleaned but also finishing the job. Not happy at all. A basic waste of $24 and an hour of my workday. This was me treating myself today. Now? Not so much.
