  • I went to this vision works to fix an issue the vision works in Chandler mall created. The guy who helped me was very nice- he reordered my lenses. Two weeks later my lenses came in. I left my glasses there (bear in mind I have no extra pair, so this was uncomfortable for me), and an hour later I get a call stating they were the incorrect lenses and they needed to reorder them again. Take 3- 4 days later third set of lenses came in. I called to see when I could drop them off. The receptionist who sounded young and new put me on hold for awhile- came back on and told me the lab guy says not to drop them off the next day because he needs to leave early. I finally drop my glasses off- we wait 1.5 hours and I sent my husband to pick them up. He gets home and I open the case- my lenses are covered in black markings. So my glasses were clearly not cleaned - nothing. I try to get them off but couldn't so my husband drives all the way back to get them cleaned. Very disorganized. I'd have to say they all need customer service training. Chandler mall location wasn't any better- this is what you get for a large chain.
