  • If I could give 0 I would! The hygienists are great, the dentist okay but the receptionists are BRUTAL!! They charge your credit card without a courtesy call, they argue with you on the phone when you want to discuss a charge and they tell you that it's their policy not to give courtesy calls because you signed the form at your first visit. I think they need to review their policies and get their receptionsts trained in customer service...
