  • Well.. I had originally given this shop a great review. However, after only my second visit I will never be returning. I called at 4 asking if it was okay to come in for some work to be done at 5. They closed at 6. The lady assured me on the phone this was okay, so I made my way out east after I finished work. I arrived at 5:10, told them that I had called earlier about getting some work done and such. Allan the owner came out and checked out the car. He then said "not today, it's too late, we close at 6". Being an urgent matter (car was making a horrendous sound, unbearable to drive) I almost begged him to please stay 30 mins extra and that I would pay extra. No prevail. I understand that I came in 40 mins to closing and that my job was 1 hour - 1 hr 30 minutes, but rule number 1 of owning a business is to never turn down customers. I yelped a nearby muffler shop just down the road and they did it no problem for me in 45 mins!
