  • Awful. I will need to go somewhere else to get this awful cut and color fixed. Tried it because of a groupon deal and close to home. Will never go back. A simple color (flat brown hair with reddish brown highlights) has left me looking like a skunk. i asked for a "professional looking layered at the shoulders cut".....my boyfriend just told me looks like a mullet. Staff is nice but nice does not make up for the time and money I will invest fixing this disaster. The stylist kept trying to minimize how bad it was and told me I could come back for free for her to fix, but why would I let the same person mess it up again?
