  • Very disappointed in Liquid's service, Melissa particularly. The CEO of Don't Stop Entertainment, his partner and myself have ALL tried booking an event through her. It started out well, hearing what was 'doable' and next thing we know we're being blown off for a week. Then we hear from her again, only to tell us the date was already booked AFTER we had been talking about the event for weeks. Then she again stopped answering phone calls and emails and we haven't heard from her since. It's completely unprofessional and we had asked to speak to someone higher up but we were never given a name, so either she knew she was about to get an earful or she is the head. Highly unprofessional on her and Liquid's end. We are a legit entertainment company touring with big names. We had tried to work with Liquid for months now, after all that time wasted we decided Liquid is just too unprofessional to work with. Between getting blown off by call and text, getting lied to and the rudeness, I can say from experience to any other event booker: don't even try working with them!
