  • Sunday, funday! NOT! This place is terrible and over priced. Went here for a family day out, and was extremely disappointed with the quality of service we received. First off, we got a cabana with a host service. Upon checking in, already we encountered problems. We used the Groupon admissions, but as we were asked to pull it up on the app so they could mark it as redeemed which made the wait even longer since there was barely any service we were told to move aside so they could help walk in customers, even though we had reservations. Ok, I think you're supposed to help who came in first but whatever. After that whole ordeal, we were given a sign and basically told to walk ourselves. All right, I guess I was just spoiled with Cowabunga Bay's services. So after looking at the map and finding my cabana, I was annoyed that I couldn't find my host to start ordering food. But whatever, after 30 mins of waiting I just decided to take a dip in the wave pool which is extremely small. The rides were fun, but there was only one person managing the rides, and you have to carry your own tubes up the flight of stairs. Guess I was just accustomed to what cowabunga bay had that I was extremely disappointed with everything wet n wild had. The park was small and there were a lot of bees everywhere so be careful! Food was all right, theme park quality and overpriced. Guess I'm just super bitter still, so everything I saw about this park was a downer. You couldn't bring a small cooler that had a roller cause it didn't fit there standards even though everything in there was water. You can't bring your own floaters for your kids, you have to use there approved life vest or there own gift shop floaters. Also when we were there someone had pooped in the wave pool so we had to leave as they called it a chemical imbalance. They reopened it 30 mins later ummmm yeahhh no. The water tasted way too salty, and when you asked the staff questions they brushed it off as if they didn't know anything. Ohh well, looks like cowabunga bay will be getting my season pass even though they don't have as much rides there services were way better than here.
