We recently purchased a Revere bed from Amerisleep. Upon arrival we noticed a couple of issues but went ahead and set it up for my in-laws. My in-laws are 88 and have arthritis in their back with my mother-in-laws being significant and causing difficulty sleeping. I emailed Amerisleep concerning the issue and they asked for photos. I sent photos and expected that might be the end of it. Wow was I surprised.
The following day I received a phone call from Joey at Amerisleep. In that call I confirmed that the issue would not have been caused by the shipper (Fedex). As Joey explained what he was going to do to resolve my concerns, I actually tried to tell him that he was going further than was necessary to turn us into happy campers. He insisted and then followed through with his promise. I was amazed and pleased that it was so easy to work with this company that was more than a thousand miles from my home.
Without getting into details, I will just say that there might not be a company in the United States that is more determined to ensure that a customer is completely satisfied. And, the cherry on top is the bed itself. I expected it to take several weeks for my in-laws to get used to the foam but both have raved about how much better they sleep from the first night. Mom gets up with much less back discomfort. I would have to say that doing business with Amerisleep turned out to be a great decision on my part. The rest of the house thought we should go to one of the club stores. Amerisleep made me look like one very wise consumer. Thanks to Joey and the rest of the folks we spoke with and corresponded with. It seemed that each person I spoke with was trying to do even better than the one before. We got a fantastic bed with fabulous customer service.
