BEWARE! Took my car in for a state inspection so I could pay my registration, 45 minutes later I get my car back with a circular burn mark in the leather of my passenger seat cushion. Tim the shop manager was completely dismissive and even aggressive in telling me they didn't cause the burn mark in my seat. The problem is that the burn was not on my seat 45 minutes earlier when I dropped off my vehicle. I contacted the Good Year corporate office and then was pushed off to the the executive level of Good Year's Corporate office, which did nothing and no one would help me. I guess when you turn your car over to a company like Good Year they can return your car back to you damaged with no consequences and take no responsibility for the carelessness of their employees. Terrible customer service at every level.
