  • I was looking for a vacation/investment condo. I live out of state and so it was crucial I find a real-estate group that communicated well, was organized, friendly, and helpful. The Kay-Grant group was more than I could have hoped to find! Daily I was sent samples of newly listed condos, condos in contract, and condos recently closed (sold). This information gave me a good overall picture of the current market. Through email communication I met my realtor. I highly recommend realtor Julie Jarmiolowski. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Julie assisted me every step of the way, going above and beyond what you would typically expect from your real-estate agent. If I had a question, Julie had the answer, or would look into my concern and get back to me. Julie has both my appreciation and admiration. Thank you Kay-Grant group, and especially Julie Jarmiolowski for making my condo purchase a positive experience. I am very happy!
