  • Went to this Old Navy on Sunday 3/13/2016 at 12:30pm to buy my niece and nephew some clothes for Easter. At the register I noticed that dome of the items were not the sale prices (that had signs describing clearly)were clearly still on the racks where I picked the shorts and shirts from in toddlers boys. The sweet cashier called an employee she was having check on the sale cards. Since she was busy i walked back to dhow the employee and the sign wad still there showing the sale. The Manager "says to me oh they probably forgot to remove it yesterday" I was so mad and said this is nit my fault its yours snd you should honor the sale price. She just told the cashier not to honor the sale price. So I did not purchase that item. The Manager just left the poor friendly cashier. Just be a Manager a do your duty Customer Service at least! Dont hide in the back of your store and leave your poor cashiers to deal with what you should be dealing with........RAIN
