  • I love their sno, however I feel I should start my review with the fact that I was unhappy with the lack of drive through service the other night. I sat there for at least 5 minutes just waiting. A car even pulled up behind me, got impatient and went inside. I waited just a little longer, but ended up leaving because I had my dog and couldn't leave him in the vehicle. Just a suggestion, if the employees are unable to tend to the drive through, perhaps putting up a barricade would keep customers getting frustrated from pointlessly waiting. The reason I chose to give 3 stars and not less is because the sno really is amazing. It just sucks when you miss out because you're unable to go inside.
