rev:text	If I could give zero stars... or even a negative star review, I would confidently put this airline in that category. It was my first time flying with Cal Jet and it will definitely be my last. I was able to check into the flight, and when I arrived at the airport to check my bags... the flight was cancelled! Literally at least ten people with reservations with the same flight were standing at the desk while the people who worked there pretty much apologized, didn't have a reason why it was cancelled, and said that we were on our own. WTF! There were people screaming at the workers behind the desk, and a couple younger folks balling their eyes out because they couldn't get home to their families and had no idea what to do in this type of situation. It was such a chaotic moment, that I can't believe that I need to write a review this negative. When we asked if we could get a monetary refund to pay for another flight out on some other airlines, they refused and said it was not their problem. How can you trust a business like this? Perhaps writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau would be more appropriate than here on Yelp. Its been at least 4 days and I have not been refunded what was withdrawn from my bank to pay for the ticket. Nor have I received any email with a voucher code that they promised could be used on another flight with Cal Jet. Looking forward to continue to call the customer service and see if they fix this huge inconvenience... and compensate me on the ridiculously priced flight that was leaving within an hour of booking it. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE.
