Finished my refi with Bryant as it took literally forever (3.5 months)!
While Bryant is a top shelf communicator, the loan took 2x longer than other loans I've done prior. This was mostly due to ex-wif issues where she was on record as partial owners 15 years ago and has never been a factor with any other loan company.
Got this referral from Costco, resulting in another originating charge to Costco $595.
Buyer beware, not everything from Costco is free or better.
ABC news informed the world these origination charges are negotiable, another costly lesson learned.
Lastly uploads to the Wyndham site also resulted in INSECURE HTTP website uploads. This was shortly fixed after my complaints. But didn't see this 1 character difference until I've already uploaded documents as prior sessions was HTTPS.
Hence my information was likely gone through several servers and non-secure encrypted traffic went to Wyndham. No apology there either as I am concerned about identity theft with Social security # being sent un-encrypted.
Most people wouldn't even realize this, but its crucial when public upload info to these servers, they MUST be sure the traffic on the website must reflect HTTPS.
HTTP (not HTTPS) means it is not secure.
