  • I was so excited to find this business. I'd briefly read about it a couple months ago and wished for somewhere local that offered this type of workout. Wish granted, thanks Genie. How to describe this workout; Pilates meets Yoga meets Barre and a blissfully beautiful ménage a trois happens. The owners, Meagan and Jeshua, are positive, friendly and professional, they explain each exercise and give quick examples to demonstrate. My glutes were shaking and screaming obscenities at me half way through the class, after my obliques muttered something pretty rude. This workout is challenging, but feels good at the same time. The machine used is called the megaformer and resembles the Pilates reformer, but is the reformer's beefier sibling. They offer a lot of packages and I think, affordable pricing options. They only have 5 megareformers right now, but I foresee a bright future with much expansion in store for these two.
