| - A gem in the rough! We came here on a whim (finally!) and it was about 7pm and we were already waiting outside, the line didn't seem too long, so we didn't mind. However, the line did move pretty incredibly slow, for the not so huge menu people ordering off of. I should have checked that this was BYOB, no fees! Which would have made standing in line with our 3yo a breeze. Once we ordered, the waitress checking us out was incredibly nice and professional. Additionally, every worker there thereafter were extremely great, made sure your water was tipped off, and worked collectively great together. I ordered the chicken "boob" sandwich, my fiancé ordered the steak burger. It did not disappoint. Incredibly filling! Chicken was very tender and well seasoned, his burger made medium was perfectly juicy topped with avocado instead of cheese. It was honestly half an avocado. While we waited for our food, we tried the sauces with some toast. 1) the toast was perfection, it had the real wood burning toast flavor but without it tasting burnt! A real skill. 2) there is not one flavor of sauce I did not like. It was hard choosing a favorite! Ultimately, i liked the chimmy, and the roasted red pepper... oh and the garlic, shoot, the ajo was fine too! Honestly, i would give this a solid 5, but I am going solely off my first experience (waiting, no options for my picky 3yo) but clearly we know how to be prepared next time.
