  • I have constant back problem and I've always work with Leslie, RMT and he's very professional. Great help to get rid of my back pain or so. However, I tried massage and acupuncture last night with Wen, booked a 90 mins session. He's trying to massage out the pain which always end up being too heavy and in the middle of the session, the admin comes over and asked if he may do another session in the same time. So I ended up lying there, with a back full of needles, for around 30 mins with no one taking care of me. I started to no feeling very good after 15 mins but there was no one who can help to pull the needles out! Very bad feeling! I can't believe this is the way they admin guest and operate. I am not paying 122 bucks to lying there with needle and bring more pain. In general, I believe the RMT are better than acupuncture. However, I really do think they should improve their administration. At least, never let the overlapping time happen, cuz customers do pay for the service and the time and it shouldn't be wasted.
