  • Horrible horrible company! These complaints sound just like my ongoing nightmare with Turnkey. Has anybody on this site had any luck serving them with small claims court summons? Or the mysterious "Saticoy Bay Co." that apparently holds our money for them? If so please let me know. I was foolish enough to try and enter into a lease with them without researching them first. Or sending this mysterious co a deposit. They seem to not exist. Are there really multiple owners leasing these properties through Turnkey or just one rich investor buying up foreclosed properties. That have been abandoned, neglected , and clearly don't meet health codes standards upon closer look. Ripping off innocent people trying to find a place to live. Shame on you. This many people can't be wrong
