  • Bought a groupon for an annual service check up for my ac unit. Called Monday morning and scheduled for Friday afternoon. Tech came and didn't have coolant needed for my system. Quoted me 17k for a new system and then left my valve open to leak. I noticed the leak as the system's cooling ability began to fail over the next few days. Tightened the valve back up and called to complain. They were very apologetic, and scheduled a senior recognition to come back a week later. Originally scheduled for the morning, they showed up at 5 PM. Didn't fix what they broke and tried to charge me $150 per pound of r22, which they estimated needed 6 of the 8 pounds my system holds. A complete scam. Don't buy their groupon, don't trust their techs.
