  • I work right by the Eaton Centre so I come here for my morning coffee 3-4 times a week. You would think the McCafe line would be much faster/more efficient (especially if you're just getting a coffee), but the service is so slow. They serve around five orders at once, so you are often waiting just as long as the people who came after you. Many have complained about this but it doesn't look like it's changing anytime soon...
