  • So purchase with caution. I should have listened to all of the reviews I read online about people getting their orders late or never coming. Purchased a sectional. The actual buying process was fine. I felt like we got a good price and the person selling us the couch was really nice. They said the order could take 2-3 weeks to get delivered. Our couch got delivered at almost 4 weeks. Which is fine not a big deal. But when it came it was the complete wrong color. We ordered brown and it was gray. So the delivery guys called the store and they said they would give us 100$ off if we kept it. We have a dog and a baby so a light colored couch was not ideal but whatever, it was nice. So the guys unloaded and brought in the massive couch. Well the couch was backwards. The arms were facing the wrong side so it wouldn't set up right in our house. So all in all, it was the complete wrong couch. The delivery guys then hauled it back to the shop. I called them to explain what happened and they said the guy who took the invoice put it in the computer wrong. And that they would call me back if they had anything in the store they could send out. Well i waited about 2 hours and no one called. So I called them back to ask what was going on. The lady then said shed call me back after she figured it out. And then no one called me back for about another 3 hours. So at this point im pretty annoyed because they had told me if they didn't have it in store it would be another 3 weeks for it to come. So I called back AGAIN. I just wanted to cancel the order and get a refund since everything was already paid for. The guy on the phone gave me some tude and told me he was waiting on the warehouse to call and see if they had any that had been in the warehouse for a few years after someone had cancelled. So they wanted to maybe give me a couch that had been sitting in a warehouse for years? After a little back and forth he finally agreed to give me a refund. Fast forward to the next day, i get a call from the store and it was a guy asking me what the deal with the order was. I had told him and he said he wasnt aware of any of this because it wasnt in the invoice. Then offered to sell me a couch for cheap. I kindly declined but I was concerned that since he didnt know about any of this my refund wasnt processed. He then told me he was going to talk to his bosses about it and call me back. Then he never called me back (shocking). I called them back just to make sure my refund was being processed. The guy i had words with before answered and told me the guy i had talked to that day wasnt available to talk to me but he assured me my refund was coming. So well see if i ever get my money back. SO all in all, be cautious when buying. I would just avoid this place if i had to do it again.
