  • I was only in Montreal for five days, but I popped back in here three times since it was right next to where I was staying. In n alternate universe where I'm living in the Plateau, this would be my go-to bar. Perhaps I'd be the Norm of this Quebecois Cheers, saddling up with a craft beer and enjoying the ambiance. It seemed like the kind of place that could support (and may well have) a rotating beer menu. I had a few porters and ales throughout the weekend. I also sampled a hibiscus ale which I loved the taste of but couldn't imagine drinking a full pint. All in all, such a solid pub, not a complaint to be had.
