  • Disappointed in the response from Your Mechanic regarding my concerns and refund. I received an email that they would not be refunding any of my money. Which means they essentially charged me $140/hr for labor of a $16 repair that took about 50min. I could see them keeping the $70 labor and service charge as well as the $16 repair, but to keep the additional $70 makes no sense to me. Thankfully Meineke was able to actually able to make the necessary repair so the car is running. A refund of that additional $70 would have went a long way and made it possible for me to consider using Your Mechanic again. Disappointed they couldn't make it right.
