  • This is the first time I have ever sold my stuff so I'm not sure if my expectations are too high. Craig the manager is very kind, he was referred by the person I communicated with via email enquiring about the process. My sale was handled by Danny he was not rude but he lacks customer service. Oddly the process of giving up items you proudly earned money to purchase in your youth, is a mourning process and to get a small amount of money for it makes it worse. I never expected millions but the amount I received was sad. I had to leave my items and return hours later. I expected to go through the items with the representative and identify the amount it was worth. I never received a list of what was taken and how they determined prices. What they could not use was returned. I know exactly what they purchased but I have no clue how they came up with the price/outcome! Again I never expected millions but my offer was poor! I'm on the fence about this as a continued business relationship, because I have more to sell.
