  • We love out of state and hired PRS to manage two rental properties. As others have said, they are nice and accommodating until they get you in their trap. They accepted a tenant who skipped out after two months, which tells me they were not thorough in their background check. Our manager never returns emails in a timely manner and when she does respond, she doesn't answer all our questions. We are looking for a property manager that actually wants our business.
