I have written a previous review for the bar but this one is for the tea service. A friend of mine did the tea service for her birthday this weekend and it was a very pleasant experience. The servers were very attentive, the food all delicious and beautiful, and the views from the bar really cannot be beat. The only reason I am giving it four instead of five stars is for price. Of course you expect to spend a lot at the Mandarin (valet is $20 and there's no self parking) but $50/ person for mini sandwiches and tea still seems a little steep (haha, pun.) to me. It's a nice experience for a special occasion.
*update - I didn't take into account that they validate valet parking, so I actually don't think it's that unreasonable considering your parking is free (and a lot of places on the strip now are not).
