  • This review is based on the lack of service that I received just now. I travel to Charlotte frequently on business so that means dining solo sometimes. I hadn't eaten since noon and it was 8pm on a Monday and they were packed which hey that's fantastic and a great sign. What wasn't great is the fact that it took ten minutes to be told I could sit down but be patient with the waiter. I understand having to wait for service but they were badly understaffed and there were empty tables that I could have sat at. The waiter that I was supposed to be "patient" with has a half empty bar and a table with three other women. He had time to talk to them, clear dishes, and even wipe the table but he couldn't look in my direction? I got up and left and am now eating at their competitor. It's a shame, I wanted to try their sushi.
