Initial service was great, with treatment both inside and outside, but rapidly downhill from there.
Please note that when you sign up you are contractually hooked for a year at a minimum ( ~ 300 USD in total). Every "service" after the first one has been non-existent.
Our gate is closed by default for security reasons. With that, it is impossible for them to get in. Practically, without notice and agreement for a specific service day, they would not be able to provide their services. Despite that being the case, they just pretended to have completed their quarterly service and charged the quarterly rate - it is then on you to try to get them back for a follow-up service. And of course - since they didn't do anything, our patio and yard is full of creatures.
You would expect them to be pro-active, inspect for bugs and adjust the treatments accordingly. Unfortunately, that is not the case, it is all re-active and complaints based action.
Stay away from this company - another lesson learned to never sign up for a "subscription" service as it just an invite to take your money and do the bare minimum to get by.
