  • It is hard to be professional but that is what I am, a systems analyst so, More Mazda is a clean place, will get you the deals you want for the vehicle you want but watch out for their customer service. After I bought a car (which took two weeks of haggling) when I eventually went for a newer model and had to cancel may coverage and gap with them, their customer service was lacking. I've worked on the customer service side before so I understood end of the month and fridays, whatever was the excuse. Well after calling them, leaving messages and four hours later, I eventually was fed up and called asking for a manager. The guy let me know these excuses, even though I was told I would be called back after the last customer, but I come to find out the finance person was worked all day on contracts instead of calling me back. When the manager gave me the excuse of "being a smaller dealership" after asking if they only cared about sales and not about those already having bought from them, I said maybe it would have not been better if I did business with them which the manager responded, "maybe you shouldn't have. Eventually the finance person called back and only took five minutes of his time to give me information I needed. A week later after getting them information, I called to ask if they received my documents with my information, three days later of voicemails and I end up doing the same thing again, asking for someone at the desk, when the guy answers he says "yup, yup, yup, got them". My question is how HORRIBLE is your customer service to do this, and then he said it would take about six weeks to process? I have worked as a network technician and am currently a systems' analyst for a corporation and KNOW those things don't take that long to do. I will be moving forward to submitting a complaint to the better business bureau. Your are better off using another dealership in Phoenix than these guys for Mazda due to lacking or "slacking" customer service.
