  • I love BWW but this location was the worst one I've been to. My husband and I went this evening. We were sitting at our table for about 10-15 minutes before we had to call for the manager because we haven't been asked about drinks yet. It wasn't crowded at all. There were two waitresses talking and laughing the whole time! We ended up getting a drink and appetizer for free because of it.
