| - Lived here for a little over 2 years. When I first moved in it was called Silk Tree. Not a bad place to live. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath. All utilities included. And we were paying $840 or $889. Air conditioning wasn't the best but cooled the apt down enough, so that we weren't uncomfortable. Management was reasonibly quick and responsive to any issues or needed repairs. The common areas were always kept clean. Crimminal activity was not tolerated. No congragating, in the common areas. If you didn't live there. After hours security patrol was around on a regular basis. Or just a phone call away. When I lived here. The apartments had carpeting throughout. Looks like the have done away with the carpeting, thats good. We never liked the carpets. Wooden or any thing other then carpeting is always preferable.depending on where your unit is situated; theirs a Circle K, just next door. we lived in a unit to where our bedroom windows looked rite over at the Circle K and the noise from there was never an issue. What was an issue was the bright lights. So I just covered them with drapes. Problem solved.
These apartments are convienently located to all sorts of shops and food stores. You've got Fry's grocery store just a few blocks west. Which is in a shopping plaza that has a Costco, Target, Ross, Burlington Coat Factory, Petco, theirs a Wells Fargo inside of Frys grocery store; as well as another Wells Fargo just across the street at 44th St. You've got Chase Bank the same plaza as well as a Bank Of America across the street on 44th St. Theirs a Great Clips and a Famous Foot Wear to one side of Frys. And to eat you have Subway, Chipotle, Schlotzkys, Taco Bell, and Soup and Salad. As well as Applebee's and IHOP. As well a Sprint store, and just across the street T-Mobile, Starbucks and a sandwich shop Fire House and a Jimmy John's. Ah and I almost fogot a Verizon store next to the Soup and Salad.
Theirs lots more shopping up and down Thomas Rd.
These apartments Murano West are not high end or posh. More for those of us like myself that can't afford more. But still very livible, clean and comfortable place to call home And some friendly neighbors too.
