This is the best crossfit gym I've ever been to. The owner and his coaches all know their stuff. They are great at making warm ups that specifically prepare you for the workouts. They also have great tips on how to improve your form and technique for all movements you'll ever encounter in crossfit. In just the 3 weeks that I've been going I have already significantly improved my snatch, jerk, kipping, squats and double unders. I've also hit a bunch of PR's. Everyone there is laid back and friendly. And how could I almost forget to mention, this place is spotless! Cleanest gym I've ever been too, even with members running outside and coming back in, even with people using chalk. This place is so clean. And their equipment is regularly maintenanced and looks brand new. Keep up the good work guys! I recommend this place to everyone!
