  • I was so disappointed in my recent visit. This place was always busy and it was because of the quality of the food, the size of the portions and the atmosphere. I went there for breakfast a couple weeks ago and it was empty. You now order at the counter and take a seat. I ordered breakfast and also sandwiches for the trip home for my business associates. The breakfast came out and it looked just like what you would get at a Denny's...nothing special at all. So besides changing the format the food and presentation is only mediocre. And did I mention they kept the prices the same. The sandwiches...while still bigger than a normal deli are half the size they used to be. And the meat quality is just not as good. I asked to see the manager and she claimed everything was the same except for their being no wait staff. She was trying to sell the company line I guess she was pleasant enough. But you could see she had been getting a lot of similar dissapointed customers. I will not be going back and am deeply hurt by the whole situation. Shame on Carnegie and shame on the Mirage.
