  • Waited for 30 minutes only to find out my name was never in the waitlist while I clearly received confirmation text msg. The receptionist did not even apologize for her mistake and insisted that she didn't remember us coming in while all these time we were sitting right next to her. I have been here A LOT since this place opened but their service has clearly been declining.
