  • If there was a zero, I would have picked it. My laptop was dropped and lost the hard drive. Best Buys sent it off to be fixed. Less than a year old so it was under warranty. Came back a week later, hard drive was there but so was a bunch or other crap i didn't ask for.. They kept it in house to fix. Got it home and have been having a TERRIBLE time trying to get on the internet. All of our other computer/phone have no problem logging on. Brought it back for a 3rd time, they kept it over night and said there was no problem. Then tell me why it take 4-8 try's to get on the internet. I HATE them.
