  • I've been to Slide a couple of times and I've been really happy I chose them each time. When I find something I like I tend to stick to it, so on both visits I had the same meal - a Power Ball slider and chips with french onion dip. On my most recent visit my friends tried the Buff Chick and the Mr. Sweet Potato Head, both of which looked delicious and made me think I should branch out next time. The chips are super crispy and perfectly flat, which makes for great dipping. The large ones are easy to snap in half to fit in the little dip cups. I was too full to finish my serving yesterday, and was pleased to find they were still nice and crisp later in the day despite sitting in a paper bag in hot, humid weather for several hours. The Power Ball is is a mozzarella-stuffed meatball covered in house-made marinara. I am not a big meat eater, and generally stick with turkey or chicken when I do order meat, but there's just something about this meatball that makes me come back to it. It's well-seasoned, the texture is pleasant, and it's filling - one Power Ball slider and chips is plenty for me. Looking forward to exploring more of their menu!
