  • Ordered two stainless steel countertops and paid $5000 for them. The wood was done by JD Surfaces and the SS was sub contracted to Stainless Steel Fabrications. The underlayment was cut short and the tops were flimsy. The front wasn't level and now the sinks don't sit flush. The brackets holding the counters up are not square. There is no pride in the quality of workmanship. The persons involved also didn't show respect for our site security procedures. JDS makes you call their main number and has not offered a direct number or cell phone to call when quality issues arise. They scheduled rework for a Monday and after coordinating access they failed to show without providing notification.
