  • We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I have never written a review before, but feel the need to after we were on a roller coaster with Shaffer & Sons. Amy is the most unprofessional and unorganized owner/manager we have ever dealt with. We were assigned Shaffer & Sons through our Home Warranty - if we need ac work again we will have our home warranty company exclude Shaffer from the bidding. We suggest others request that as well. Our air conditioning finally got fixed after 9 days of being out in the middle of July. One positive thing about the company is one of their techs, Jeremy. He was great and very helpful and professional, but not worth dealing with the owner of the company.
