  • Not such a great experience. As young, first-time homebuyers, my nephew and wife innocently invested $2000+ with Harper's for front yard plants and gravel. No landscape cloth was put down under the gravel, nor was any of the sparse pre-existing lawn treated to prevent it from coming through. Wasn't much more than a month that tons of weeds and grasses were growing through--to the point they received a letter from City of Scottsdale. Shame on you Harper's.
