  • Don't even waste your time. We went here looking for a new mattress and were convinced to purchase a set at a "massive discount." Not that the salesperson was very aggressive, though he did follow us around for a half hour. He elaborated on the fact that the mattress set we were looking at was a steal and assured us that the factory warranty would be good for 15-20 years...he also told us that the company that made the mattress pad he sold us would send us a backup pad once we registered it. He then proceeded to screw up the payment process (we were simply charging on 2 different cards) and charged me 3 different times to add up to the amount I had to pay. We were still pleased until we decided to look around some more to see what else was out there from other companies. Come to find out the the manufacturer of the set we had purchased had been out of business for quite some time. So tell me again how this warranty is good for 15 years? We went immediately back to the store to cancel our order hours after the purchase, dreading the pushback we assumed we would receive for getting a refund. We walked in and cancelled, and the customer service person put through the refund with no questions asked. This tells me that this happens so often that they don't even need to ask anymore. We got our money back within a few days. We got lucky that we did not have any issues with the store or the refund, but I know others have had larger issues. We will never go back to this place for any reason. We ended up looking around more and got a great set for a reasonable price from sleep america, who also price matches. So unless you really have nothing better to do, stay away from the dump.
