  • this place is absolutely terrible.... Me and my wife went to go buy a Kia Sorrento... So we decided let's go take a look at what they have...so we start walking around the parking lot looking at all the Kia Sorrento they had we waited for approximately 55 min. to an hour and none of the store employees came out to see if we needed anything or answer any questions we may have... We walked by probably five sales people that were outside not even helping other customers... After an hour and 20 min. of being outside we decided that this is ridiculous... So we did what we thought we should do we decided to go somewhere with new we were going to be treated correctly and fairly... We went to Preston Kia... We walked outside and within 5 min. there was already somebody walking up to us asking us if we needed anything..the person in question was an awesome salesperson by the name of Mr. Piazza moral of the story don't buy your car from here go to Preston Kia.... They would treat you with respect and they will make sure within 5 min. at least somebody's seen you
