We had our ducts cleaned for the yearly cleaning by J&M.
They graciously took our money spent roughly 2 hours cleaning our two systems.
Soon after we started to smell attic insulation coming from our ducts.
They sent a technician "Luis" out to inspect our system.
Luis spent about five minutes in each attic hole and said he found nothing of significance and would have his office contact us.
I finally called back today after five days of waiting at which time the office lady told us that we had rats and that was the cause of the dust coming out of our ducts.
I have continuously asked for a manager or the owner and finally got hung up on after I Frustrated with automatic hangups now that I call back.
If a customer has rats at the time of duct cleaning I could only assume that a reputable company would inform us of that before attempting to clean the ducts before taking our money.
Edit.
Upon further educating myself off their own website I'd like to know how it's possible to clean the entire duct system without removing the air registers on the ceiling.
