  • I called them twice for a ride on New Year's Eve... I only called a second time to see if I would have better/different luck with another operator. I didn't. Apparently, they need a physical address for pick up, no matter what. I wanted to get picked up at the light rail station, and I was really disappointed that it wasn't happening... Here I was, drunk at 130am, being responsible and calling a cab. I was told that I could get off the light rail at my stop, walk to a nearby business, call them back with the address, and they could schedule a taxi for me, then and only then. I'm drunk, it's New Year's, can't ya google map and help a sister out?? :(
