  • Chris from parts was very helpful and enthusiastic. Answered all my questions and knew where to point me for what I needed. He pushed my rating up from a 3 overall. I had them fix my transmission under warranty on a RZR for leaking. The leak is fixed but there was excess sealent everywhere and it had so much sealent on it that it dripped down to the skid plate and dried. There were dried drips everywhere that extended down from the transmission to the skid plate. Prior to taking it to them for the leak I was consulting one of their service representatives and he said they never heard of leaking transmissions on RZR's. This is a HUGE and KNOWN issue all over the RZR world, unsure how he didn't know.
