  • The Inspirada area is awesome..... However, KB homes are dirty birds! They get you in, tell you one thing then pull the rug out from under you. Everything they promise you is crap. They do not care about customer service or how to fairly run a business. They have lost my business, my neighbors business and anyone else I can encourage to not deal with them! Two Real Estate brokers we know refuse to work with them. They are awful! Do not buy KB homes. Their quality is shotty and they lie about lots reserved, etc. if you like the inspirada area use Toll Brothers or Beazer homes. KB are crooks!
