I was referred to Quick Fix when my desktop computer wouldn't power on. I could have gone to Best Buy but was not willing to hear that my pc is too old and that it's time for a new one. I brought it in late on a Friday afternoon and Amanda was very reassuring that it could be taken care of. I was not in a hurry so unable to comment on the "quickness " of the service. I can say that the tech, Brent, is very professional and courteous. He fixed the problem (thankfully, nothing major and not expensive). He gave me the option of used vs new parts and the cost of each. I appreciate his honesty and would be happy to recommend Quick Fix to anyone.
