  • I found a Pilates Sports Center teacher training program being offered through Ocotillo Pilates of Chandler, Arizona The 16 week course did not meet my expectations. The class syllabus is clearly defined on their professional website. Every detail of what a prospective teacher will learn is outlined. My money taken but most of what was promised did not occur. Communicatoiin is always vital in any relationship. I did everything I could to understand what was expected of me as a student of Pilates. The PSC program is an amazing opportunity for exercise instructors to learn the integrity of Joseph Pilates philosophies. The program offers understanding of body alignment, study of anatomy crucial to working with clients with various needs. If a participant expects to pay $75 an hour for proper exercise execution, it is most important that qualified personnel undersrsnd their role to provide that service. Ask questions before you spend a lot of money. Take the time to understand the business model behind the image.
